Our “Pilot for a Day” program is much more than an introductory flight – it’s a comprehensive experience that allows you to experience the responsibilities and joys of an ultralight pilot for a full day. In contrast to the trial flight, which is a first step into flight training, “Pilot for a Day” offers an extended flight experience that gives you a deeper insight into pilot life.
This program includes:
- A detailed briefing on flight preparation and flight planning
- More extensive flight times and detailed flight maneuvers under the guidance of an experienced instructor
- A holistic experience that goes beyond simply piloting the aircraft
- A deep understanding of flying and the role of a pilot
Your day begins with a thorough introduction to the world of microlight flying. You will then experience a more intensive and longer time at the controls, during which you will practise various flying techniques and learn more about the daily routines and challenges of a pilot.

All our flights are carried out according to visual flight rules. This means that the flight can only take place in suitable weather conditions. Your pilot will contact you the day before the planned flight to confirm the feasibility of the flight.
The final decision on the feasibility of the flight lies with the pilot. He will carefully check the weather and visibility conditions to ensure that the flight can be carried out safely. If the weather conditions are unfavorable, the flight will be rebooked to another day free of charge.
Please make sure that you are on time when you arrive at the airfield and note that this is an ultralight aircraft and not a commercial airplane. Therefore, there is no baggage check, but a limited weight for baggage. We therefore ask you to bring only the absolutely necessary luggage. Please note that the maximum weight for the passenger is 100 KG.
